Our Mission & Philosophy
Healing parts of the self through collaborative, evidence-based care.
Our Mission
The mission of The Center for Integrative Healing is to provide specialized, high-quality treatment to our clients while fostering a collaborative environment where clinicians can continuously enhance their skillsets.
We are specifically geared towards serving non-traditional and non-normative populations. Our ultimate goal is to promote social justice through the deep healing of the parts of self, ensuring every individual feels seen, heard, and supported.
An Integrative Approach
We believe that emotions and sensations are vital aspects of life worth exploring. Our therapeutic framework is built on four pillars of evidence-based care.
IPNB
Interpersonal Neurobiology: Understanding how stress and trauma impact the physical brain and our nervous system.
DBT
Dialectical Behavioral Theory: Focusing on emotional regulation, mindfulness, and distress tolerance.
Attachment Theory
Exploring how past relationships and formative events shape current perceptions and behaviors.
TF-CBT
Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Theory: Specifically designed to address the deep impact of traumatic stress.
